Salon Policies

CHILD POLICY:

Children are only permitted if they are having a service performed. We unfortunately do not have the facilities to care for or to keep children comfortable.

Children are not permitted to accompany you while you are having a service performed. There are many items in our environment that pose a direct threat to small children, such as scissors, razors, chemicals, and hot tools. We want our stylists attention to be on you as the client. Please contact the salon if you have any questions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to change or cancel your appointment please give at least a 24 hour notice. If you give less than 24 hours notice or do not show for your appointment you will be charged a $25 dollar fee Please call or text your stylist or call the salon if you choose to cancel or reschedule. We do have a machine if you need to leave a message after hours.

OVERDUE INVOICE POLICY:

A $2.00 per day late fee will be applied to any invoice that remains unpaid after the due date, accruing daily until the invoice is paid in full.
